North Island Road Trip

Mum and Lynne have come over for a two week holiday in New Zealand. They land in Auckland and after a day of jet lag and touristing, they catch a Kiwi Rail train down to Palmerston North, where I meet them with the hire car to join them for a 7 day North Island Road trip.

And so we are off again. My round the world trip is nearly at an end, but there is still time to fit in a few more sites before I head back to reality.  We set off in Michaels GTI, with no route planed but lots of places on the 'wish list' and just kind of make it up as we go along.
