Can anyone speak Belarusian?

So I have a plane ticket out of Belarus but no route in and not sure how easy it will be to get my visa! Looks like I have done this a bit back to front!!

The route so far....

Brussels. Rotterdam , Amsterdam, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Dresden, Berlin, Warsaw, Minsk, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Baikal, Naadam, Beijing...

All overland by train (appart from the cheeky flight from Minsk to Russia) (assuming we get in that is)
